Cheyenne Water Damage operates strictly as an independent marketing and referral service.

3. Independent Contractor Relationships & Direct Contracts

All restoration technicians, remediation crews, and contracting companies to whom you are referred operate as fully independent third-party businesses.

Cheyenne Water Damage does not act as an employer, partner, agent, or subcontractor for any participating contractor. Any contract, estimate, work authorization, assignment of insurance benefits, or service agreement is executed directly between you (the property owner or authorized agent) and the servicing contractor. We are not a party to, nor do we guarantee performance under, any customer-contractor agreement.
